Who makes Walkie?
Roberto Ercole makes Walkie. He is a marketing director who runs his team's marketing as an AI-operated system — autonomous content pipelines, automated ads tooling, live dashboards — and he built Walkie for his own daily work with Claude Code, because describing what was wrong on screen kept costing more tokens than fixing it. What does Walkie actually do?
Walkie records your screen and your voice while you point at what's wrong, then compiles a REVIEW.md bundle — the transcript, the frames you pointed at, and the review — that a coding agent reads in about 3,500 tokens (measured, typical). Does Walkie upload my screen recordings anywhere?
No. Walkie records, transcribes and compiles on your Mac. Transcription uses on-device speech recognition. Nothing is uploaded by default and there is no telemetry; the files stay on your disk unless you move them, for example by handing a bundle to your coding agent. How much does Walkie cost, and is there a subscription?

What is the refund policy?
Thirty days, no questions asked. Email support@usewalkie.com within 30 days of your purchase with your licence key or Lemon Squeezy order number — no justification required. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, and the licence key is deactivated once the refund is issued. Which coding agents does Walkie work with?
Claude Code, natively: Walkie's one-click setup registers the walkie MCP server at user scope and installs the walkie-review skill. Any MCP-capable client can add the same server manually, and any agent that can read a folder can read the bundle, because it is plain markdown and PNG files. Walkie itself has to be open for the walkie_* tools to answer. The exact configuration is under Connect your AI in the docs.
Does Walkie run on Windows or Linux?
Walkie is a macOS app. Windows and Linux users can still read Walkie bundles — they are plain files — but cannot record with Walkie.
How is this blog written and checked?
Every number on this site is either measured (recorded from a real Walkie export or a real screenshot) or calculated from a vendor's published formula, and it says which. Sources are linked inline to the primary document. Articles are drafted with Claude and researched, edited, verified and published by Roberto Ercole, who is responsible for every claim. Prices and formulas are re-checked when a vendor changes them, and each article shows a visible "Updated" date with a note saying what changed.
